With over 20 years of experience as a dancer and a lifelong passion for fitness, health, and helping others, Dana has built her career around movement. As a former fitness director, group fitness instructor, and athlete, she has spent years helping others build strength and confidence through movement.
Her path hasn’t been linear. After years of struggling with eating disorders, exercise addiction, chronic pain, and three ACL surgeries, Dana completely redefined her relationship with her body and mind.
Today, she uses her lived experience to help others build balanced habits, reconnect with their bodies, and create a more sustainable approach to training and life—without extremes, shame, or self-hate.
